    Accurate intake valve timing is critical for clean combustion, stable idle, and strong acceleration. A fresh sprocket protects the timing chain system and keeps VVT responses crisp.

    How it works ⏱️

    The ECU commands the oil control valve to route pressurized oil into the phaser. Inside the sprocket, vanes rotate the camshaft relative to the chain, advancing or retarding timing. A lock pin helps hold a safe position at idle for reliable starts.
