Engine Oil Pan Assembly for Toyota — OEM Fit and Seal

This genuine engine oil pan assembly forms the lower sump of your Toyota engine. It seals the crankcase, stores the lubricant, supports the pickup zone, and houses the drain plug for clean, easy service. Built to fit precisely and resist corrosion.

Why you need it ️

You need a straight, leak‑free pan to keep oil pressure and volume stable. Dents can choke the pickup; rust or a tired gasket lets oil drip. The correct pan protects the block from debris, limits aeration, and keeps the underside dry and tidy.

How it works ⚙️

Bolted to the block with a molded gasket, the pan collects returning oil and feeds the pump by gravity. Internal baffles control slosh during braking and cornering. The drain plug and sealing washer deliver fast, sealed oil changes and protect threads.

If damaged or leaking ⚠️

When the pan cracks, warps, or threads strip, you’ll see spots under the car, smell burnt oil, or get the oil light. Driving like this risks bearing wear, timing chain noise, overheating, and even seizure. A deep dent can block the pickup and drop pressure in seconds.

Tech notes ️

  • Always install a new gasket or RTV at specified corners.
  • Torque bolts in a crisscross pattern; avoid overtightening the plug.
  • Clean mating surfaces and check flange for warpage.
  • Inspect pickup O‑ring, pan baffles, and verify clearance.
