This high-precision water neck (thermostat outlet) guides hot coolant from the cylinder head to the upper radiator hose. Why this part is needed
Without a tight, dimensionally correct outlet, coolant leaks, air pockets, and hose misalignment appear. A proper outlet housing maintains pressure, stabilizes engine temperature, and prevents hot spots that can hurt gaskets and sensors.
How it works
The outlet bolts to the head near the thermostat. Once the thermostat opens, coolant flows through the outlet to the radiator. The machined flange and gasket keep a leak-free seal; the neck sets OEM hose diameter and routing for efficient cooling.
