This drive pulley keeps your engine smooth and your belts moving. It spins with the crank, powers alternator, A/C, power steering, and water pump, while its built‑in damper controls torsional vibration. Correct balance protects bearings, belts, and the crankshaft itself.
Why you need it
Without a healthy pulley, accessories slip, charge drops, steering gets heavy, and cooling suffers. The damper side prevents twist shock from each combustion stroke, extending engine life and keeping idle stable.
How it works ⚙️
A steel hub locks to the crank. An elastomer ring bonds the hub to the outer belt ring. This rubber layer absorbs vibration, holding belt speed true and reducing noise. Precision grooves ensure perfect belt tracking.
