Left Side Rocker Cover (Engine Valve Cover) ?️
This left-hand rocker cover seals the top side of the cylinder head and keeps engine oil exactly where it must be—around the camshaft and valve train. It’s needed to stop oil leaks, protect internal parts from dirt, and maintain correct crankcase ventilation flow.
How It Works ⚙️
The cover bolts to the cylinder head and presses a gasket into place, creating a tight barrier. Inside, oil splashes and drains back through return passages while the cover helps guide vapors toward the breather/PCV system. A good seal prevents oil mist from escaping and keeps vacuum leaks away from the intake area.
