Exhaust Valve for Mitsubishi compact engines
This precision exhaust poppet valve keeps hot gases moving out of the cylinder at the right time. You need it to maintain compression, clean emissions, strong low-end torque, and smooth idle. Replacing a worn or burnt valve restores power, fuel economy, and protects the catalytic converter.
How it works
Driven by the cam, the valve lifts from its seat to release exhaust, then closes to seal the chamber. Heat flows through the valve face and guide into the head. Correct stem diameter, face angle, and seat contact ensure tight sealing and stable timing. Heat‑resistant steel and a hardened tip handle high temps and repeated cycles.

Expect hard starting, misfire, loss of power, backfire, rough idle, and high fuel use. A burnt or bent valve causes low compression; prolonged driving can overheat the converter, damage the seat, or even strike the piston after timing issues.
