    Rear Wheel Brake Cylinder Repair Kit ️

    This component is needed to restore proper hydraulic sealing and smooth movement inside the rear drum brake wheel cylinder. Over time, heat, moisture, and dirty brake fluid harden the rubber cups and wear the internal seals, causing weak braking and fluid loss.

    How It Works

    When you press the brake pedal, hydraulic pressure pushes the wheel cylinder pistons outward. The seals in this kit keep pressure trapped, so the pistons force the brake shoes against the drum. Fresh seals and boots also help keep dust and water out, protecting the cylinder bore for longer service life.

    When It’s Worn or Broken

    If the seals fail, brake fluid can leak into the drum, leading to poor rear braking, longer stopping distance, pulling, and a sinking pedal. You may notice wet backing plates, brake fade, or contaminated shoes. Ignoring it can damage the drum, overheat the brakes, and create a serious safety risk ⚠️.
