Engine Exhaust Valve (OEM-grade Replacement)

This exhaust-side valve is a critical engine sealing part that controls how burned gases leave the combustion chamber. It is needed to keep compression stable, protect power output, and maintain clean, efficient exhaust flow.

How It Works βš™οΈ

The camshaft opens the valve at the correct timing, and the valve spring closes it tightly against the valve seat. When sealed, it holds cylinder pressure during compression and power strokes; when opened, it releases hot exhaust gases into the manifold. Its heat-resistant face and stem guide clearance are designed to survive extreme temperatures and high RPM use.

What Happens If It Fails ❗

A bent, burned, or sticking valve can cause low compression, misfire, hard starting, tapping noise, poor acceleration, high fuel use, and overheating. In severe cases it may drop and damage the piston, head, and turbo/exhaust system, turning a simple service job into a full engine rebuild.
