Front Disc Brake Pad Kit

Why this part is needed

Fresh brake pads are vital for safe stopping, short braking distance, and quiet operation. They protect the rotors from scoring, keep pedal feel firm, and maintain stable control during daily driving and long trips .

How it works

When you press the pedal, the pads clamp the rotor and turn motion into heat. A consistent friction layer bites the disc, while shims, chamfers, and slots cut vibration and squeal. A quality ceramic/semi‑metallic blend gives strong bite in rain and heat, with low dust and rotor-friendly wear .

What happens if worn or broken

Thin or cracked pads cause longer stops, pull to one side, wheel shake, and hot brake fade. Metal-to-metal contact will groove the rotor, overheat fluid, and can lead to serious loss of braking power ⚠️. A mechanical wear indicator squeal is a clear warning to replace.

Install tips

Direct-fit to OE specs for the front axle. Clean and lube slide points, replace hardware if tired, torque guide pins, and bed-in properly: 10–12 smooth decels from 60–20 km/h. Pump the pedal before driving. Expect quiet, confident stops and even rotor wear ️.

Build highlights

Coated backing plates, bonded shims for NVH control, stable friction coefficient across temperature, and rotor-safe formulation. Ideal OEM-quality replacement βœ….
