This cabin blower unit is the muscle behind your heater and A/C airflow. It’s needed to push air through the HVAC box, across the heater core or evaporator, so you get steady defrost, fast warm-up, and strong cooling—especially important on large SUVs.

How it works ⚙️

An electric motor spins a balanced fan wheel (squirrel-cage style). As it turns, it pulls air from the cabin intake and forces it through the ducting to the vents. Speed is controlled by the vehicle’s resistor or blower control module, giving you smooth fan steps from low to high.

• Weak or no airflow even when settings are on
