Rear Left Body Side Welt Seal for Nissan 4x4

Why you need it

Over time the original welt hardens, shrinks, or splits. That leads to wind noise, water drips after rain, dusty trims, and paint wear on the panel edge. A fresh seal prevents corrosion and keeps the interior dry and calm .

How it works

It uses an EPDM rubber jacket with a flexible metal spine. You press it over the sheet‑metal lip; the inner clips bite the flange while the soft bulb cushions and seals. The profile follows curves, absorbs vibration, and channels water away ️.

What happens if it’s broken

Expect whistle at speed, wet carpet in the rear, rattles on rough roads, and scratched paint that can turn to rust. In severe cases the loose strip can flap and mark the quarter panel.

Install notes

Clean the flange, align from the pillar, and press on by hand. Use a plastic trim tool for corners. Add weatherstrip adhesive sparingly at ends if needed. No drilling.
