Left Inner Duct Cover — Front Bumper Air Guide 🔧

This aerodynamic panel sits behind the front bumper on the driver’s side and channels fresh air to the radiator, A/C condenser, and adjacent brake zone. It also shields sensitive parts from splash, gravel, and road dust. Proper ducting keeps your Honda Accord cooling system efficient and the cabin A/C steady on hot days.

Why it’s needed 🚗

Modern Accords rely on guided airflow, not just open space. This cover seals gaps, reduces turbulence, and forces air through the heat exchangers. That means quicker heat transfer, quieter front-end noise, and better fuel economy at cruising speed.

How it works 🌬️

Air enters the grille, meets the molded duct, and is funneled straight across the condenser and radiator fins. Tough ABS/PP construction locks in with factory clips and tabs, maintaining the designed pressure path while resisting vibration and spray. A snug fit prevents air from spilling into the wheel well.

If it’s cracked or missing ⚠️

Expect higher engine temps at speed, weak A/C performance, whistling noises, and dirt accumulation on cooling fins. You may see uneven bumper alignment, loose liner edges, or damp connectors after rain. Left unchecked, overheating can shorten radiator fan, compressor, and gasket life.
