Why this part is needed

This rear left trailing arm bushing anchors the wheel to the body and controls rear toe under load. Fresh rubber isolates noise and vibration, holds alignment, and gives straight, confident braking. If you want smooth ride, even tire wear, and safe handling, this bushing is essential.

How it works

The bushing is press-fit into the trailing arm. The inner steel sleeve locks to the mounting bolt, while the bonded rubber flexes to allow controlled arm movement. That flex filters road shocks and keeps the hub centered during acceleration, cornering, and braking.

What happens if it’s worn or broken ⚠️

Clunking over bumps, rear-end wander, steering correction on highways, and cupped tires are common. You may feel brake instability and see uneven rear toe on alignment. Severe play can trigger ESP/ABS alerts, increase stopping distance, and damage the arm or wheel bearing.

Tech notes for replacement ✅

Replace in pairs for balance. Use a shop press; clean the bore, align the notch, and install square. Torque bolts at ride height. Finish with a 4-wheel alignment. High-durometer rubber and corrosion-resistant sleeve match OE geometry for long life.
