Power Steering Pinion Seal Kit

How It Works

Inside the steering gear, the pinion shaft moves with every turn of the wheel. The seals in this kit form a tight barrier around the rotating shaft and housing. They keep high-pressure fluid in, keep dirt and water out, and maintain correct internal pressure so the rack responds smoothly.

If the Seals Fail

A damaged seal set can cause fluid drips, low reservoir level, whining from the pump, stiff or jerky steering, and uneven assist.
