Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Cap Assembly ️

This component seals the power steering reservoir so the hydraulic system can build steady pressure. A tight, correct cap is needed to keep fluid clean, prevent leaks, and maintain the right venting as fluid expands with heat. Without it, the reservoir can pull in air and moisture, shortening pump and rack life.

How It Works ⚙️

The cap locks onto the reservoir neck and uses an internal seal to stop fluid splash-out. It also allows controlled breathing to avoid vacuum or over-pressure inside the tank. This keeps fluid flow smooth, reduces foaming, and helps the pump stay quiet during steering at low speed.
