Left Rear Suspension Control Link for Toyota SUVs

Why you need it

This left-side rear control link keeps your wheel geometry stable under cornering, braking, and load. It holds rear toe and camber in spec, so the car tracks straight, rides smoothly, and brakes predictably. Built for OE-level fit, it restores factory handling and protects tires from rapid, uneven wear.

How it works

The arm connects the rear knuckle to the subframe using bonded rubber bushings. These bushings flex to absorb vibration while the rigid body of the link resists bending. Together they guide the wheel through suspension travel, controlling lateral and longitudinal forces. Proper stiffness here locks in alignment, reduces noise, and stabilizes the chassis.

When it fails ⚠️

Expect clunks over bumps, rear-end wander, steering correction at highway speeds, squeaks, and feathered tires. Braking can feel unstable. Alignment may not hold, and ABS/VSC warnings can appear. A bent arm or torn bushing risks sudden misalignment and loss of grip—replace promptly.

Tech notes ️

Direct-fit, corrosion-resistant steel. Torque bolts at ride height and perform a four-wheel alignment after install. Replacing hardware is recommended.
