This rubber-insulated mount cushion is used to hold the rear differential in the correct position while absorbing vibration and shock from the driveline. Why this part is needed

The differential takes heavy torque forces. Without a healthy cushion, those forces transfer straight into the chassis, causing noise and harshness. A good mount also helps protect nearby components like the driveshaft joints and differential bushings.

How it works
