Intelligent Power Distribution Control Unit ⚡

This electronic module is the heart of the vehicle’s power delivery. It routes battery energy to headlights, cooling fans, fuel pump, wipers, horn, and more, while guarding circuits from overloads. If your crossover shows random electrical glitches, dim lights, or no-crank events, this controller is the usual suspect.

Why you need it ?️

It stabilizes voltage, manages relays, and communicates with the ECU/BCM over CAN. That means clean starts, reliable lighting, proper fan control, and fewer battery drains.

How it works ?

A microcontroller drives solid-state switches and internal relays, measuring current on each output. It receives commands, prioritizes loads, and shuts down faults to protect wiring. The sealed housing and fuse/relay board are engineered for engine-bay heat and moisture.

What happens if it’s broken ❗

Symptoms include no-start, fans stuck on, dead lamps, silent horn, lazy wipers, or intermittent fuel pump. You may see CAN fault codes and rapid battery drain. Driving risk rises at night (no lights) and in traffic (cooling loss).

Tech tips ?

Disconnect the battery before swap, inspect grounds and connectors, and avoid water ingress. Some cars may require configuration after installation.
