Why this part is needed

The evaporator is where the refrigerant absorbs heat from the air blowing through the vents. Without a healthy evaporator, the A/C system cannot remove heat and humidity properly, so cooling performance drops fast.

How it works

Cold refrigerant enters the evaporator tubes and expands inside the coil. Cabin air passes across the fins, heat is pulled out, and moisture condenses and drains away. The blower then sends chilled, drier air into the cabin ❄️.
