Main Power Window Control Switch Assembly

This cabin switch unit is needed to control the driver-side window and often the other windows from one place. It is a daily-use part, so wear from constant pressing is normal over time. A healthy switch keeps window operation fast, smooth, and safe for the driver.

How It Works ⚡

When you press the rocker buttons, internal contacts send an electrical signal to the window motor circuit. The switch changes polarity to move the glass up or down, and some versions also support auto-down or lock functions. Clean contact paths inside the switch are critical for steady voltage and correct direction control.

Why Replacement Matters ️

If the switch is broken, you may get no response, one-direction movement only, intermittent operation, or windows that work from other doors but not from the driver panel. In worse cases, sticking contacts can cause random window movement, motor strain, blown fuses, or melted connectors. Replacing the worn switch restores reliable window control and helps protect the motor and wiring.
