Radiator Sub Pipe for Nissan Cooling System ❄️

This OE-spec coolant tube links the radiator outlet to the engine return, keeping steady antifreeze flow and stable temperature in city traffic and on the highway. The rigid, formed hard line holds shape under heat and vibration, unlike generic hose, improving pressure, circulation, and overall cooling efficiency.

How it works

The pipe bridges fixed points on the radiator and thermostat housing. Bead-rolled ends seal with clamps and O-rings, guiding cooled fluid back to the block. Anti-corrosion coating, precise bends, and factory brackets prevent chafe, kinks, and cavitation for long service life.

Why you need it ✅

A tight, leak-free radiator pipe prevents hot spots, detonation, and premature fan cycling. Correct internal diameter preserves water pump flow, keeps heater performance strong, and protects the engine under load.

If it fails ⚠️

Cracks or rust lead to sweet coolant smell, green/pink puddles, low reservoir level, weak cabin heat, temp gauge spikes, and potential head gasket damage. Driving overheated can warp heads and destroy the pump.

Fitment and install tips

Direct-fit OEM geometry makes replacement straightforward: renew clamps and seals, torque evenly, refill 50/50 mix, bleed air, and pressure-test. Inspect neighboring hoses and the radiator neck while you’re there.
