Fuel Injection Tube Assembly (Line No. 5)

This precision fuel injection tube is a high-pressure line designed to carry fuel from the rail/pump area to the injector with exact flow and timing. It is needed to keep the engine running smooth, responsive, and fuel-efficient, especially under load and cold starts.

How it works ⚙️

The tube is formed to match factory routing and sealing points. It holds steady pressure, resists vibration, and delivers fuel in a controlled path so the injector can atomize correctly. Proper flare/seat contact prevents leaks and keeps pressure stable.

A cracked or distorted line can cause hard starting, rough idle, power loss, misfire, fuel smell, and poor economy. In severe cases it may lead to dangerous fuel spray, engine bay contamination, or injector pressure drop that triggers warning lights.
