High-Pressure Fuel Injection Tube No.3

Correct delivery to injector No.3 keeps timing accurate and fuel balanced across cylinders. A fresh, tight line prevents micro-leaks, fuel smell, and power loss, saving injectors and pump from stress.

How it works ⚙️

The tube links the pump/rail to the No.3 injector. Conical seats and precision nuts lock in pressure. The smooth inner bore guides fuel with minimal pulsation, while the curved shape absorbs engine movement. Proper torque creates a metal-to-metal seal—no sealant needed.

If it fails ❗

Signs include hard start, rough idle, knocking, smoke, diesel odor, or wetness near the injector. Pressure loss can trigger warnings and limp mode. A cracked line risks fire and may harm the injector or piston from poor fueling.

Fitting tips ️

Always use a new line, do not re-bend. Clean seats, hand-start nuts, torque to spec, then bleed air and check for seepage.
