Turbocharger Seal & Gasket Set ?

This gasket and seal set is needed whenever the turbo is removed, serviced, or replaced. It restores tight joints between the turbo, exhaust manifold, downpipe, and oil/coolant lines so the system can hold pressure and flow correctly. A fresh set prevents leaks that steal boost and protects nearby parts from heat and oil contamination.

How it works ⚙️

The kit uses heat-resistant metal/composite gaskets and sealing rings to match flange surfaces. Once torqued to spec, it fills tiny imperfections, keeping exhaust gas inside the turbine housing and keeping oil/coolant inside their passages. This keeps spool response sharp and helps the turbo maintain stable boost.

What happens if it’s worn or broken ❗

Failed gaskets can cause exhaust leaks (whistling, soot marks),slow spool, loss of power, and higher fuel use. Oil or coolant seepage may lead to smoke, burning smells, low fluid levels, and turbo bearing damage over time. In severe cases, hot gases can warp flanges and cook nearby hoses or wiring.
