Premium Exhaust Manifold Assembly

This OEM-spec unit channels hot gases from each cylinder into the downpipe, restoring torque, fuel economy, and emissions compliance for hard-working pickups. Built from high-silicon cast iron with stress-relief ribs and CNC-machined flanges, it resists heat cracking and seals tight against the head.

Why you need it

Manifolds live through brutal heat cycles. Over time they crack, warp, or the gasket burns out. Replacing it stops exhaust leaks, keeps fumes out of the cabin, protects valves and turbo (if fitted),and maintains correct backpressure for smooth low-end power.

How it works ♨️

Individual runners collect pulses from the exhaust ports, balance flow, and feed the catalytic system. A flat machined flange and heat shield retain energy for quicker spool and cleaner burn. Threaded ports accept sensors or EGR hardware as required by the engine variant.

When it’s bad ⚠️

Cold-start ticking, soot at the head, sharp exhaust smell, sluggish uphill pull, higher fuel use, or a check engine light. Long leaks overheat valves, warp the head, and can bake nearby wiring and hoses.

Tech install tips ✅

Soak studs, clean mating faces, use a new gasket and locking nuts, torque in sequence, heat-cycle, then recheck for leaks. Verify sensor threads and shield clearance before final tighten.
