Premium rocker/valve cover gasket for clean, dry engines

Why this part is needed ️

This gasket seals the joint between the cam cover and the cylinder head. It keeps engine oil inside, blocks dust and moisture, and protects coil packs and plugs from oil. A fresh seal stops driveway spots, oil smell, and keeps your small Nissan/Datsun motor tidy and efficient.

How it works

A molded heat‑resistant elastomer sits in the cover groove and compresses evenly when the bolts are torqued. Integrated ribs and tube seals keep pressure and oil around the valvetrain while allowing crankcase ventilation to flow correctly. It’s built to handle vibration, heat cycles, and mild cover movement.

What happens if it breaks ⚠️

Hardened or cracked rubber leaks. You’ll see wet edges, oil in spark plug wells, misfire codes, burnt-oil smell, and smoke where oil hits the manifold. Oil level drops, dirt sticks to the head, and long-term leaks can damage coils and belts.

Quick install notes

Clean both surfaces, check cover flatness, renew bolt grommets, use a tiny dab of sealant only at timing-cover joints, and torque in sequence. Verify PCV is clear.
