Why you need it

These conrod bearings keep the crankshaft journal and connecting rod separated by a precise oil film. Correct clearance restores oil pressure, quiets knock, and prevents heat build-up. Replace during overhaul, after oil starvation, or when mileage, towing, or dirty oil has worn the bottom end.

How it works
