PCV Valve for Nissan Engines ⚙️

This crankcase breather valve is a small, vital part that keeps your engine clean, smooth, and efficient. It stabilizes idle, limits oil leaks, and helps meet emissions rules. If your Nissan has rough idle, oil smell, or rising oil use, the PCV valve is a prime suspect .

Why it’s needed

Combustion blow‑by builds pressure in the crankcase. Without controlled venting, seals weep, sludge forms, and fuel economy falls. A healthy PCV system protects gaskets, keeps oil where it belongs, and reduces harmful vapors.

How it works

A spring‑loaded one‑way valve meters vapors from the crankcase to the intake under vacuum. It opens at idle/cruise to purge gases, and closes during backfire or boost to stop reverse flow. The result: steady vacuum, clean oil, fewer deposits.
