Premium Cylinder Head Seal for Nissan Light Commercials

This OEM-grade head gasket is engineered to lock in compression and keep coolant and oil in their own passages. Built for hard-working Nissan engines, it restores reliable sealing after overheating, high mileage, or a top-end rebuild. The result is clean combustion, stable temperatures, and long service life .

Why You Need It

The head gasket is the critical barrier between the engine block and cylinder head. It prevents coolant–oil mixing, holds back combustion pressure, and stops external leaks. Replacing it protects the engine from costly damage and ensures efficient power.

How It Works

Using multi-layer steel (MLS) with elastomer coatings and a fire ring around each cylinder, the gasket adapts to heat cycles and micro-movements. Correct bolt torque and angle clamp the layers evenly, sealing combustion, coolant, and oil galleries .

What If It Fails

Expect overheating, white exhaust steam, sweet-smelling fumes, milky oil, bubbling in the radiator, misfire, and loss of power. Continued driving can warp the head, damage pistons, and ruin the catalytic converter.

Technician Tips

Check flatness of head/block; skim if out of spec. Always use new head bolts, follow the factory torque-angle sequence, clean threads, and never add RTV to MLS surfaces. Align dowels carefully and bleed the cooling system after refill.
