Engine Coolant Expansion Reservoir for Nissan Z-Series ?

Why this part is needed ?️

This tank stores extra coolant and keeps the system pressure stable. It catches overflow when the engine is hot and returns fluid when it cools. With the correct reserve, the pump, radiator, and head gaskets stay protected under hard driving.

How it works ?

As temperature rises, coolant expands and moves past the radiator cap into the bottle. When the engine cools, vacuum pulls the coolant back through the return hose. The translucent body shows MIN/MAX, so you can check level at a glance without opening the cap.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Cracks, porous walls, or a warped neck cause slow leaks and air entry. You may see low coolant, sweet smell, poor cabin heat, or overheating in traffic. Air pockets can damage the water pump and may warp the cylinder heads. Ignoring leaks risks a blown hose or radiator.

Build & fitment ?️

OE-shape bottle, heat‑resistant plastic, molded brackets, and correct hose nipples. Direct swap on the Z33 platform. Reuse the level sensor (if fitted),install fresh clamps, and bleed the cooling system after refill.
