Rear Right Disc Brake Caliper Cylinder Assembly

This OE-grade rear RH brake caliper cylinder keeps your SUV stopping straight and strong. Built to handle heat, mud, and load, it restores firm pedal feel and even pad contact. Perfect choice when the original unit is leaking, seized, or causing uneven wear.

Why this part is needed

With age, moisture and dust corrode the piston and bore. Seals harden, guiding surfaces stick, and braking force drops. Replacing the unit brings back correct hydraulic clamping, reduces pulling under braking, and protects the rotor and pads from premature damage.

How it works ️

Brake fluid pressure from the master cylinder pushes the piston forward. The piston drives the inner pad into the disc, sliding the caliper body to clamp the outer pad. High-temp seals keep fluid inside and retract the piston slightly after release for free wheel rotation.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Typical signs are soft or sinking pedal, vehicle pulling to the left, fluid leaks at the boot, uneven pad wear, overheating wheel, vibration, and longer stopping distance. Ignoring it risks rotor warping, ABS warnings, and loss of braking power under load or downhill.
