Hydraulic Vane Steering Pump Assembly ??

This pump assembly is a key part of the power steering system. It supplies high-pressure hydraulic oil so the steering gear can assist your hands while turning. Without a healthy pump, even a strong driver will feel heavy steering, especially at low speed and during parking.

As the engine runs, the pump keeps steering pressure stable. It helps protect the steering rack/gear from shock loads and reduces driver fatigue on long trips and off-road use.

How it works ⚙️

Inside the housing, a rotor with sliding vanes spins and traps fluid in chambers. As the chambers change size, fluid is compressed and pushed to the steering system. A built-in control/relief function helps maintain correct pressure and avoids overloading hoses and seals.
