Continental AG

AA ATE Company was founded in 1906, and in 1937 master cylinders produced by it where already used for buses as well as cars and trucks. In 1954, the first brake booster was installed on Mercedes (until that the brakes in racing sports did not had any boosters). Corporation Continental AG bought ATE in 1998. Parts produced by the company, are consistently reliable, of high quality and extremely durable. Master cylinder brake, the original pads, compensatory tanks, drive cables, calipers, brake fluid, cylinder sensors, brake systems, wheels, drums, hoses and more are produced under the ATE brand.
