Engine Cylinder Head Gasket Set

This gasket set is needed whenever the cylinder head is removed, the engine overheats, or you see oil/coolant mixing. It seals the joint between the cylinder head and engine block, keeping compression inside the cylinders while separating oil and coolant passages. How it works ⚙️

Multiple precision gaskets and seals form tight barriers around combustion chambers, water jackets, and oil galleries. When torqued to spec, the materials crush slightly to fill micro-gaps, preventing pressure leaks and fluid seepage. This helps the engine maintain the right temperature and lubrication at all RPM ranges.

If it’s damaged or reused

A failed seal can cause overheating, white smoke, coolant loss, rough idle, weak acceleration, and oil contamination. Left unchecked, it may lead to warped head surfaces, bearing damage, and costly engine failure. Replacing the set during service is the safest way to restore factory sealing.
