This junction block is the main power distribution hub in the engine compartment. It is needed to route battery and alternator power safely to multiple circuits like cooling fans, ABS, ignition feed, headlights, and key engine controls. How it works ?

Inside the housing, heavy-duty busbars and protected terminals split incoming power into separate outputs. It also provides solid connection points for main fuses and relays, keeping voltage stable and reducing heat at critical junctions. Proper contact pressure and clean terminals prevent resistance buildup.

If it fails ?

A damaged junction block can cause intermittent no-start, random stalling, blown fuses, melted connectors, charging issues, or sudden loss of multiple systems at once. In severe cases, overheating at a loose terminal may create burning smell, smoke, or wiring damage—don’t ignore early symptoms.
