Center Dash Register Assembly (Instrument Panel) ✨

This center dashboard air register is needed to guide airflow from the HVAC unit into the cabin, right where the driver and passenger can aim it for comfort. It helps you control direction, spread, and sometimes the shut/open function of the middle vents, keeping cooling and heating balanced across the interior.

How it works ️

Inside the register, adjustable louvers pivot with a thumbwheel or slider. When you move the control, the vanes change angle to steer air up/down and left/right. The housing seals to the duct so air pressure from the blower is delivered efficiently without rattles or leaks.

If it’s broken ⚠️

Cracked frames, snapped louvers, or worn pivots can cause weak airflow, annoying buzzing, air leaking behind the dash, or a vent that won’t stay in position. In severe cases, loose pieces may block the duct, reducing overall HVAC performance and cabin comfort.
