Engine Cooling Radiator Assembly ❄️

This cooling radiator is a key part of the engine temperature control system. It is needed to keep coolant at the right temperature so the engine can work under load, in traffic, and in hot weather without overheating. A healthy radiator protects the head gasket, turbo (if fitted),and automatic transmission cooler circuit where applicable.

How It Works ?

Hot coolant flows from the engine into the radiator core. Thin tubes and fins release heat to passing air, helped by the fan at low speed. The cooled coolant returns to the engine, keeping stable operating temperature and supporting correct fuel burn and oil protection.

What Happens If It’s Damaged ⚠️

Cracks, clogged cores, or weak tanks can cause coolant loss or poor heat transfer. Symptoms include overheating, rising temperature gauge, heater not warming, coolant smell, steam, and sludge buildup. Continued driving may warp the cylinder head, damage bearings, and lead to severe engine failure.
