Rear spring noise damper for Toyota vans

Why you need it

Over time, the rear suspension develops micro-play. A quality rear spring silencer/insulator cushions those movements, reduces cabin noise, and shields the spring stack from wear. It also helps keep alignment of the leaves and brackets, extending suspension life and improving passenger comfort.

How it works ️

Made from durable elastomer (EPDM-grade) with a reinforced base, it mounts at the designated contact point on the leaf spring assembly. When the axle articulates, the pad absorbs impact and isolates vibration. The rubber layer breaks the metal-to-metal path, acting as an anti-squeak pad and micro-bump stop.

Tech tips

Direct-fit install; clean the seat, lightly silicone-lube the contact surface, then torque fasteners to spec. Inspect U-bolts and shackle bushings at the same time.
