Engine Overhaul Gasket Set ️
This complete sealing set is used when rebuilding or refreshing an engine. During an overhaul, many factory seals are removed, compressed, or torn, so they can’t be reused with confidence. A fresh gasket set restores tight joints between the cylinder head, block, timing cover, intake, and other mating surfaces, helping the engine run clean and stable.
Why this part is needed ✅
Gaskets and seals hold back oil, coolant, and combustion pressure. When you open the engine for repairs, you need new sealing materials to prevent leaks and keep correct compression.
How it works ⚙️
Each gasket is shaped to match the engine surfaces. Once torqued to spec, the material crushes slightly and fills micro-gaps, creating a barrier against fluids and gases. Seals and O-rings keep rotating shafts and coolant/oil passages tight under heat cycles.
What happens if it’s worn or damaged ❌
A bad seal can cause oil seepage, coolant loss, overheating, low compression, rough running, white smoke, or mixing oil with coolant. Ignoring it may lead to bearing damage, warped head, or full engine failure.
