Upper Front Coil Spring Seat (RH/LH) for Toyota
Keep your front suspension quiet, aligned, and safe with this upper spring seat ️. It supports the top of the coil on the strut, centers the first coil, and cushions road impacts. The result is stable steering, correct ride height, and fewer vibrations on every drive .
Why this part is needed
It distributes load from the spring to the strut mount, prevents metal-to-metal contact, and blocks noise and harshness. A healthy seat protects the mount, bearing, and the spring itself.
How it works
A rubber-insulated steel cup sits between the coil and the strut mount/bearing. The rubber absorbs buzz and bumps, while the plate keeps the spring locked in position. As the wheel moves, the spring compresses into the seat, staying guided and quiet .
What happens if it’s worn or broken
Expect clunks over bumps, squeaks when steering, drifting or uneven tire wear, and a drop in ride comfort. Misalignment can stress the mount and shock, and in severe cases the coil may shift and damage nearby parts ⚠️.
