Front Suspension Toe Cam Assembly

Why you need it

Keep your truck tracking straight and your tires wearing evenly with this front suspension toe adjust cam assembly. It replaces worn or seized factory cams and restores alignment range after off‑road use, curb hits, or lift installs. Precise toe control boosts stability, braking, and steering feel.

How it works ⚙️

An eccentric cam bolt and washer sit in the lower control arm slot. Turning the bolt shifts the arm in or out, changing toe (and a touch of camber). After setting, serrated washers and a lock nut clamp the joint to hold spec under load. Hardened, corrosion‑protected steel resists rust and bending.

What happens if it breaks ⚠️

If the cam is bent, rounded, or frozen, the shop can’t set toe. Expect feathered wear, pull, off‑center wheel, and shaky braking on grooves. In severe cases the arm can slip, causing sudden toe change, wandering, ABS/ESC lights, and clunks. Replace seized hardware whenever the arm is removed.
