Rear Axle Shaft Oil Seal for Nissan – keep your diff dry and clean

This heavy‑duty rear axle shaft oil seal prevents differential fluid from escaping where the axle meets the housing. Built with a steel case, precision rubber lip, and a garter spring, it locks oil in and keeps dust and water out. Perfect fit for Nissan trucks and vans that work hard on and off road.

Why you need it

Without a tight seal, gear oil leaks onto brakes, bearings run hot, and the differential wears fast. A fresh seal maintains correct lubrication, stable braking, and long bearing life.

How it works

The flexible lip hugs the axle journal while the spring maintains constant pressure. The outer shell press-fits in the housing, creating a rigid, leak-free barrier under heat, load, and axle movement.

When it’s bad

Tech tips
