Premium engine head seal for Toyota commercial engines
Why you need it
This precision seal sits between block and cylinder head, locks compression, and keeps coolant and oil separate. With a healthy head gasket, your Toyota runs cooler, cleaner, and more efficient, preventing leaks, misfire, and power loss.
How it works
A multi-layer stainless/graphite laminate is clamped by the head bolts. Fire rings surround each cylinder to contain combustion, while molded beads protect oil and coolant passages. Under correct torque, it absorbs heat expansion and maintains a gas‑tight, fluid‑tight barrier .
What happens if it fails
Symptoms: hard starts, misfire, white exhaust smoke, sweet smell, milky oil, overheating, radiator bubbles, and power drop. Driving on can warp the head, pit the block, wash bearings, and damage the catalytic converter ⚠️.
Tech tips
Check flatness, clean mating faces, follow torque‑angle sequence, fit new torque‑to‑yield bolts, and avoid sealant unless specified. After replacement, flush the cooling system and change engine oil ✅.
