Premium Engine Lubrication Pump for Nissan 4x4s

This OEM-grade oil pump keeps a steady flow of clean oil under pressure through your engine. It protects crank and cam bearings, pistons, timing parts, and valvetrain during hard use and daily driving. Choose it as a reliable replacement when hot-idle pressure drops, after an engine rebuild, or to upgrade durability for towing and off-road work.

Why you need it

Correct oil pressure stops metal-to-metal contact, reduces start-up wear, cools components, and carries away debris. A tight, fresh pump restores pressure, prevents foaming or cavitation, and helps the motor run quiet and cool. It’s a small part that saves a very big repair.

How it works ⚙️

The crankshaft drives an inner/outer rotor set. The pump draws oil from the sump through the pickup, pushes it through the filter, then feeds the galleries to bearings and cams. An internal relief valve bleeds excess to hold factory spec pressure. Hardened rotors, a precision-machined housing, and a sealed cover keep output stable across the rev range.

If it’s failing ❗

Watch for a flickering oil light, low gauge reading at idle, lifter tick, chain rattle, bearing knock, or metallic glitter in the oil. Running it like this can spin bearings, overheat parts, and seize the engine.

Tech tips

  • Prime the unit with clean oil before first start
  • Inspect pickup tube O-ring and strainer
  • Replace front seal and oil pan gasket
  • Use the correct viscosity and a new filter
  • Torque fasteners to spec; verify end play
