Front ABS Wheel Speed Sensor for Mazda

This precision front wheel speed sensor keeps your Mazda’s anti‑lock braking system working at its best. Built to OE dimensions, it restores accurate road‑wheel data so ABS, traction control, and stability control respond fast and smoothly in every stop.

Why this part is needed

Without reliable speed signals, the ABS module can’t prevent wheel lock. This sensor gives the computer exact rotation info, improving wet braking, corner control, and tire gripβ€”day after day.

How it works

A smart magnetic pickup reads an encoder ring at the hub and sends clean pulses to the ABS ECU. The ECU then modulates brake pressure to each wheel. The sensor uses a sealed body, corrosion‑resistant bracket, and a plug‑and‑play connector for stable readings.

What happens if it’s broken

ABS light on, DSC/TCS disabled, longer stopping distance on slick roads, harsh brake feel, speedo dropouts, and stored fault codes. Ignoring it risks uneven pad wear and unsafe emergency stops.

Install tips

Direct bolt‑on. Clean the mounting bore, inspect the tone ring, route the harness away from heat and moving parts, and clear codes after fitment.
