Front Splash Shield Kit – Engine Bay Guard ️

This protective panel sits under the front of your pickup and seals the engine bay from road spray, stones, and mud. It keeps vital parts clean, improves airflow, and reduces noise. Built in OE-spec material, it’s shaped to fit factory points for a tight seal and long life.

Why you need it

Without a shield, water and grit blast belts, pulleys, alternator, and the lower radiator. Over time that means corrosion, belt squeal, bearing wear, misfires from wet plugs, and costly repairs. It also helps aerodynamics for steadier cooling and better economy.

How it works ️

The panel bolts to the bumper support and subframe and overlaps the wheel arch liners. Its edges and deflectors guide airflow through the radiator while blocking splash from the tires. Drain holes let water exit; ribs add strength so it won’t flap at speed.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Expect frequent belt noise, damp connectors, muddy filters, overheating in traffic, and underbody rust. Cracks can catch wind and drag, causing vibration or even tearing fasteners. Missing clips lead to rubbing on the tire.

Tech tip

Test-fit loosely, replace any missing clips, and don’t over-tighten. After install, check clearance to the crank pulley and splash liners.
